The maps, charts, and graphs found here are based on the data collected in the rural health study were updated in 2023. The eighteen (18) health and social determinant indicators and data results are explained in the report narrative. The maps are web-based and layered. The key to the various layers is located on the top right of the maps. The Rural Health Task Force wishes to thank IEHP for his expertise in developing these maps and charts.
